StartupJob is a subscription-based platform that uses artificial intelligence to discover and match users with startup job opportunities. We aggregate job listings from various sources and provide personalized recommendations based on user preferences. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

StartupJob offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change with prior notice. New users may be eligible for a free trial period as advertised on our website.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any subscription fees already charged, including partial billing periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction with the Service. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Free trial cancellations must be made before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your payment method will be automatically charged for the selected plan, and the no-refund policy above will apply.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: scraping or automated data collection, sharing your account with others, attempting to circumvent access controls, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with the operation of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by StartupJob and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

StartupJob is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date job listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job posting. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of any employer or the outcome of any job application submitted through links provided by our Service.
