What You'll Actually Do

The engineering team works closely with product managers and designers to create seamless, reliable AI voice agents that sound human and follow specific business logic. Product managers and operations leads focus on scaling the product across new verticals, ensuring AI success for customers, and driving enterprise adoption. The work is heavily cross-functional, with a strong emphasis on rapid iteration and shipping features that directly drive revenue for clients.

Compensation & Benefits

Software Engineers can expect a base salary ranging from $150K to $300K, while Staff Software Engineers can earn between $250K and $350K.
