What You'll Actually Do

At Arch, you will be part of a fast-growing team of over 200 employees that has more than doubled in size every year since its inception. Engineers will design, build, and maintain scalable software systems that streamline the private investment experience, collaborating closely with product and data teams. Product Designers will engage directly with clients to understand workflows and translate insights into data-driven designs. Data Operations managers will lead initiatives to extract and analyze data, solving complex operational challenges and building the foundation for a scalable data services function.

Based on recent job postings, Senior Software Engineers can expect a base salary range of $160K–$250K, Product Designers between $90K–$130K, and Senior Managers in Data Operations between $145K–$170K.
