What You'll Actually Do

As an early-stage startup, Arcade offers competitive compensation alongside significant equity potential. Engineering roles, such as Lead Software Engineer and Engineering Manager, typically see salary ranges between $170K and $285K, depending on experience and specific responsibilities.
