What You'll Actually Do

As an engineer or product manager at Applied Labs, you will own core agent systems from idea to production. This includes orchestration, tool-use, planning, memory, and evaluations. You will architect for reliability, designing agent loops and guardrails that hold up under real-world edge cases. The team ships fast, runs experiments, measures outcomes, and iterates weekly. You will collaborate tightly with the founders to set product direction, quality bars, and engineering culture.
