What You'll Actually Do

As an engineer at Anything, you will work on real AI systems from day one. You'll be expected to break down complex problems into clear steps, make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed and maintainability, and build AI-powered features using TypeScript and modern AI frameworks. The work involves collaborating closely with product and design, talking directly with users, and constantly learning new concepts to apply to production challenges. Whether you are on the Backend, Mobile, Platform, or Product engineering team, you will be trusted to figure things out independently and build systems designed to reach millions of users.

Compensation & Benefits

Anything offers competitive compensation for its founding team roles. For instance, the Backend Engineer (AI) role offers a base salary range of $125K to $200K, accompanied by an equity stake of 0.25% to 0.75%.
