What You'll Actually Do

Members of the Technical Staff at Anterior own problems end-to-end, from system design through to production. A typical day might involve scaling and hardening AWS infrastructure, designing backend services and data pipelines for the AI platform, or writing evaluations to improve LLM-powered systems. Engineers work directly with customers to understand real-world healthcare workflows and translate them into product specs. The tech stack includes Python, Go, TypeScript, React, HTMX, Nix, and AWS.

Anterior offers competitive, top-of-market salaries along with equity packages. For example, a Senior Member of Technical Staff can expect a base salary between $230K and $300K.
