What You'll Actually Do

Whether you're an engineer building deterministic verification systems or an AI Deployment Strategist embedding with healthcare organizations, the work is highly cross-functional and deeply impactful. Engineers tackle complex optimization problems combining computer science, economics, and mathematics to ensure AI decisions are traceable and auditable. GTM and Field teams work directly with medical institutions to map workflows and scale agent deployments. The technology stack includes Python, Scala, SQL, and TypeScript, and the team is actively deploying solutions across digital health, cancer care, and personalized medicine.

Compensation & Benefits

Amigo offers competitive compensation with strong equity packages. For engineering roles, Senior Full-Stack Engineers can expect $210K–$240K (with $300K–$1M in equity), while Staff roles range from $240K–$280K. Field roles like AI Deployment Strategists and Applied AI Engineers offer $120K–$160K base salaries plus equity.
