Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Rilla, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing AI-powered speech analytics solutions specifically designed for field sales teams. Rilla's innovative platform listens, transcribes, and analyzes sales conversations, providing actionable insights to improve performance, coaching, and overall sales effectiveness. This role requires a strong blend of product management expertise, an understanding of AI/ML capabilities, and a keen insight into the world of sales. You will own the product roadmap, define features, and work closely with engineering, data science, and sales teams to deliver a product that empowers field sales professionals to achieve more.
