You'll work with large volumes of audio data, transcripts, and CRM data to develop sophisticated NLP and machine learning models that directly impact sales team performance and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for speech-to-text accuracy improvement, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and sales conversation insights.
  • Analyze vast datasets of sales calls and related CRM data to uncover trends, identify key performance indicators, and provide data-driven recommendations.
