Role Overview
As a Data Scientist at Rilla, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing the AI models that power our speech analytics platform for field sales. Your primary focus will be on extracting actionable insights from spoken conversations, identifying sales patterns, coaching opportunities, and predicting outcomes. You'll work with large volumes of audio data, transcripts, and CRM data to develop sophisticated NLP and machine learning models that directly impact sales team performance and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for speech-to-text accuracy improvement, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and sales conversation insights.
- Analyze vast datasets of sales calls and related CRM data to uncover trends, identify key performance indicators, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI models into Rilla's platform and ensure scalable, robust solutions.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses, optimize model performance, and measure the impact of new features.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in speech technology, NLP, and machine learning, applying relevant research to Rilla's product.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python. Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers). Solid understanding of speech processing techniques, including ASR
